To: Customers and Friends of CJ

Dear Customers and Friends of CJ,

We would like to sincerely apologise for any confusion due to the changes that have recently been made to the schedule.

In our bid to launch more classes (in line with our recent expansion), we hope to implement a Time Table system that will facilitate you in gaining first-hand information of new classes and the changes being made to them.

From now on, classes that have been launched will have a sign-up time frame of 5 weeks. Should we feel that a certain class is not receiving the response that we deem fit, we will replace it with a new class. This, we hope will help to prevent class cancellation too near the stipulated date and disappointment.

As we will be launching quite a lot of classes (over 40 at once!), we would like to encourage you to check our blog and / or social medias regularly for updates on new classes, class status etc.

For students whose classes have been Cancelled..

Please feel free to call or email us and we will be happy to make the necessary arrangements for you (ie. Refund or Switching of classes).

*When the class is confirmed, we will give you a ring and notify you of your payment methods to confirm your slot for the course. Payment has to be made within 5 days upon confirmation; otherwise your slot will be made available to the next person on the waiting list.
